How do I track my order?

If your order has tracking, a link to track your items will be included in your Shipped Order Email.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet, you're welcome to cancel or change your order. Simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the Contact Us page.

I need to change my shipping or billing address, how can I do this?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, simply reply to your order confirmation email to let us know of the change required.

I have not received a confirmation email, how do I know if my order was processed?

We recommend checking your spam folder in your email inbox. If your confirmation email isn't in there, please use the Contact Us page and we'll be able to help.

What payment options do you accept on your website?

We accept most major credit cards on our website. We also offer Paypal and Clearpay. You can see the full payment options available to you after entering your shipping and billing address at checkout.
