Refund policy

Refunds, store credits & exchanges are available at Unbound Collective.

Our return period is 28 days from delivery date.

Unbound Collective offer refunds on all full priced items/orders.

If you purchased using a welcome or any other discount code or during a site wide sale, you will only be eligible for a store credit or exchange.

Permanent sale items from our sale page, & items from our samples/seconds page are not eligible for returns, so please choose carefully.

The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached with proof of purchase provided (proof of purchase can be your order number, or your invoice received with your order). Unbound Collective has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return.

Important note: Unbound Collective can only accept returns on items that are in their absolute original condition, items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original swing tags in place.

Returns can and will be rejected if there are any noticeable:

  • Stains
  • Strong fragrances or odours
  • Pet hair
  • Fake tan
  • Makeup
  • Oil stains

If you send back an item and it is not in it's original condition, we will not be able to process your return and you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of £6 to have the item sent back to you. 

Please ensure you aren't sending back unsellable items to avoid dealing with the above. We want to process your returns for you :)


Exchanges
To start an exchange, you can contact us at hello@uboundco.com. If your exchange is accepted, post your item back to us using the address provided via email. Once the returned item has been inspected, the exchanged item will be posted out to the original order address.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
